Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Open the Swiadkuj app.
On the start screen, tap the Profile icon (top right corner).
Choose Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately and the app returns to the start screen.

Without the app

Write from the address linked to your account (or give your name and the event name) to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion”. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

your login account (including a temporary account), name, nicknames in events, age declaration and acceptance of the terms;
the content of your chat messages (a “message deleted” marker stays in the conversation);
notification tokens, notification settings, shared location, your list of blocked people;
events you organized that have no one who could take them over — that is, no one but you, or only the guest of honor while surprise mode is on (together with their schedule, chat and cost splits).

What stays and why

Expenses and repayments in other people's events — without them, other people's balances would change. They are shown as “Deleted user”, without a name.
Poll votes — they count towards the results, without a name.
Events you organized with others — taken over by a co-organizer or, if there is none, by the longest-standing participant; if there are no participants and surprise mode is off — by the guest of honor.
