Swiadkuj

You organize,
we handle the rest.

A planner for parties and trips with friends: birthdays (including surprise parties), weekends away, New Year's Eve, house parties, reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties. Invites, group chat, polls, schedule, cost splitting and surprise mode — all in one place instead of five group chats and a spreadsheet.

Three steps to a well-organized event

The organizer sets up the event in a minute; friends join without creating accounts.

1

Create an event

Pick a type — birthday, trip, bachelor party, bachelorette party or another party — add the date and (if there is one) the guest of honor's name. Chat, schedule and cost splitting are set up automatically.

2

Send the link

One link or code via Messenger, WhatsApp or text message. Friends join with one tap — no registration, no passwords.

3

Decide together and have fun

Vote in polls, build the schedule, add expenses. After the event the app tells you who owes whom and how much.

Who it's for and what it's for

For anyone who gets a group of friends together — from a 30th birthday dinner to a week-long trip. A few typical scenarios and what helps in each:

Birthdays and surprise parties

A milestone birthday, a 30th at a restaurant or a party the birthday person only finds out about at the door. Guests sort everything out behind the scenes.

  • Surprise mode
  • Invite by link or QR, no account
  • Poll for date and venue
  • Schedule for the day
  • Shared gift costs

Trips with friends

A weekend in the mountains, by the sea or a city break: dates, accommodation, cars, daily plan — and a cost split that doesn't end in an argument.

  • Polls: dates, accommodation
  • Schedule with addresses and bookings
  • Cost splitting with the fewest transfers
  • Meeting point with navigation

New Year's Eve

A house party, a club or a trip to see the year out. Who's in, where, how much — and how to find each other in the crowd after midnight.

  • Poll: where and how much
  • Moderated group chat
  • Live location — only when you turn it on
  • Crowd alarm

House parties and housewarmings

Who brings what, what time and which address. One person does the shopping and the app works out what everyone owes them.

  • Invite by link, no sign-up
  • Schedule with address and time
  • Shopping split equally
  • Group chat

Reunions

Your class, year or old team — people who no longer share a group chat. One link is enough to bring everyone together.

  • Invite by link or QR
  • Poll for the date
  • Meeting point on the map
  • Moderated chat

Bachelor and bachelorette parties

For the best man, maid of honor and the crew: schedule, budget and surprises the groom or bride knows nothing about.

  • Surprise mode
  • Separate invite for the guest of honor
  • Schedule and cost splitting
  • Find the group and alarm

And also: a concert or festival, a match, a game night, a dinner out — any event you're getting a group together for.

Everything an organizer needs

Whether you're the best man, the birthday person's best friend or the one who “always sorts out the trip” — built around the real problems of organizing: who's coming, where we sleep, who pays and where everyone went at 2 a.m.

Group chat

A separate chat for every event, with pinned decisions and moderation (report, block, remove) — plans don't get lost in hundreds of messages.

Polls

City, venue, activity, date — single or multiple choice, with or without a deadline. Add the winning option to the schedule with one tap.

Event schedule

Meeting up, travel, accommodation, activities — times, addresses, bookings and the person responsible for each item.

Cost splitting

Add an expense in seconds, split equally between the people it concerns, exact to the cent; the guest of honor doesn't pay by default. At the end — who owes whom, with as few transfers as possible — mark each one as paid back.

Find the group

Show the group where you are — only when you turn it on, for one hour, four hours or until the event ends. Stop with one button.

Invite by link

Link, code and QR. Works in any messaging app, even for people who don't have the app yet.

Meeting point

A pin on the map with a time and countdown — everyone knows where and when to meet, and one tap opens directions in your maps app.

Crowd alarm

Lost each other at a concert or in a club? The screen and flashlight blink and a siren plays — your group will spot you from afar. There's also a gentle mode with slower flashes.

Five event types

Birthday, trip with friends, bachelor party, bachelorette party or another party — each with its own colors and a starter plan.

Surprise mode

The birthday person at a surprise party, the groom or the bride can be in the app too — but they only see what the group wants to show them: the meeting time, the dress code. The organizers' chat, polls and costs stay behind the scenes.

Questions

Who is the app for?

For any adult who gets friends together for a shared event: a birthday, a trip, New Year's Eve, a house party, a reunion, a bachelor or bachelorette party, a concert. The organizer creates the event and everyone else joins from a link.

Is the app available in English?

Yes. The app is available in English and Polish — it follows your phone's language settings.

How much does it cost?

The app is free — no ads and no in-app purchases.

Do my friends need to create an account?

No. All they need is the link or code from the organizer and a name the group will see. The account is created automatically on first launch — no email, phone number or password.

Does the app track my location?

Only when you turn sharing on yourself — for the time you choose and only for the people you pick from the group. We store only your latest position and delete it after 24 hours at the latest.

Does the app handle payments?

No. Cost splitting is a record of who owes whom — you send the actual transfers the usual way, outside the app.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). Details in the privacy policy.
